Headed home a little after 10 yesterday. Traffic was worse than on Thursday. We got back after 2. After some basic unpacking and essentials around the house, I took the kid for a bike ride while T. cleaned. (I feel a bit bad about that, but it was that or park her in front of the TV or just fight with her nonstop.) The bike ride started out exploring the neighborhood, but soon wound up at a park, where we ran into a kid we sort of knew. I chatted with her mom and walked briskly while the kids played in the cold.
Dinner was tilapia, green beans, and rice.
