That was fun but tiring. Friday night I slept terribly. Hard to get comfortable on an air mattress 3 inches thick and the surf was constant background noise. I made the best of it by seeing the sun rise over the sea, but still, tiring.
Saturday we just relaxed with our friends, flew a kite, and explored the beach. The kid and I both took a nap in the early afternoon. We had a late lunch at a diner/general store. I saw dolphins in the wild for the first time, so that was cool. We went out to dinner at an Italian restaurant.
Saturday night I slept a little better than the night before, but still woke up once or twice.
