This fucking game. The word was "mummy".
Yesterday was the celebration of life for T.'s aunt. The reason we're out here. So it was busy. In the morning and afternoon, there was random preparation, setting things up at the Lions Club and looking for pictures or other memorabilia of her that had been put away in the wrong place.
The event itself went fine. The kid was well-behaved, either looking after the toy poodle that used to belong to the deceased or being a social butterfly. Dinner was a simple buffet of finger food. I drank simply: two Modelos.
Afterwards we decompressed at T.'s parent's house with a smaller gathering. I joined in but also played with a stray kitten that has appeared.
