Yesterday after the usual Sunday brunch, T. ran a quick errand and we packed to go to Rehoboth Beach. Got to the hotel a little before 3 PM. The first priority was swimming in the hotel pool, of course. We had it to ourselves for an hour. Then to the beach area itself. The kid and I made a sandcastle. Then a little shopping at the local bookstore, then dinner at a fancy place nearby. This seems like the time of year to come here, after it's crowded and before half the restaurants and shops close for the season.
I slept great last night. Maybe not completely uninterrupted, but better than usual. Probably says something bad about our bedroom or house...
