Yesterday the kids got up at the ridiculous hour of 6 AM. The sleepover wasn't fun for the grown-ups. My dad and I tried to keep the kids quiet for a few hours while T. and my mom slept. Eventually we made pancakes and bacon; a team effort.
Shortly after noon, T. and I went on a date of our own. We saw The Creator at the Middlebury theater, followed by dinner at Fire & Ice. Fancy place. We would have had a lot more fun if it wasn't raining, but still did some good shopping and sightseeing and got home safely.
