Apple pancakes for breakfast yesterday, but basically typical Saturday morning.
Went to the farmer's market after that. It'll be the last of the year. I walked, the kid biked.
After some housework and lunch and the kid's guitar practice, she got to join a friend on a playdate that turned out to be across town, and T. and I ran some errands. A homeless shelter, to drop off some donations; Target, for a picture frame for a present and a few other things; the organic grocery nearby, for some esoteric recycling and some prep for an event today.
Our friend C. came over for dinner, but it wasn't too hard to make: pork chops, simply doubling the recipe, and roast broccoli, and the rest of the coleslaw.
