At the park

Yesterday we had oatmeal for breakfast  made with a backpacking stove we borrowed from our friends. We spent most of the day within walking distance of the tent, on the beach collecting shells or at the nearby playground. Around 4 we took a short drive to the other nearby park in hopes that the wild horses would be there, because we hadn't seen any so far. We only saw them at a distance there, but saw more after we came back to the main camp to get ready for dinner. We had reservations at a place 15 minutes away. Roughing it, all right!

After we got back to the campsite we made smores around the fire, as is tradition. 

I didn't do formal physical therapy, but walking barefoot on sand felt sort of like it.
